De Egmonden consists of 25 modern and completely wheelchair-friendly holiday apartments. The apartments are wheelchair accessible, have wide passageways, are barrier-free, electrically height-adjustable beds, and kitchens and adapted bathrooms. We have apartments for 2, 4, 6, and 8 people.
Personal care is possible for guests with a care indication by Zorgcirkel Egmond.

All prices for overnight stays stated on our website include tourist tax, levies and end-of-stay cleaning.
Your apartment will be ready from 3:00 p.m. on your arrival day. On the day of departure, you must be checked out before 10:30 a.m.
During the high season, the reception of De Egmonden is open on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and outside the high season on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm. On all other days, you should check in at Hotel Zuiderduin, Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee.

Yes, dogs are very welcome in all our apartments. We kindly ask you to indicate your dog(s) in advance when booking. No items, such as a dog bed or food bowl, are available for your dog in our apartments. You must bring these with you from home.
We would like to inform you that we allow a maximum of two dogs per room and there is an additional charge of € 15.00* per dog per night.

No, the apartments at The Egmonden do not have a hoist. he type of hoist needed depends on the specific situation and care needs of each individual guest. De Egmonden is a wheelchair-accessible accommodation but not a care hotel, nor is our staff qualified to provide care. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for this.

Upon arrival at your apartment, the beds are made and towels are provided. Clean linens and towels are provided once a week.
Group reservations are possible for parties of 20 to 100 people.
No, our entire apartment complex is non-smoking area. This means that smoking is not allowed in the apartments and facilities of the complex.
De Egmonden has a wide range of facilities. There is a parking garage, a fitness room, an in-house physiotherapy practice and an infrared cabin.
Thanks to the collaboration with Restaurant Natuurlijk and Brasserie Santiago, it is possible to have your dinner delivered to your apartment. It is also possible to rent a beach wheelchair and electric wheelchair bike from our partner BikeMike.
No, De Egmonden doesn't have a restaurant. The basis of your stay is self-catering. Each apartment has a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to our collaboration with Restaurant Natuurlijk and Brasserie Santiago, it is possible to have your dinner delivered to your apartment.
The kitchen in the common area, equipped with professional equipment, can be rented for groups of 50 people or more. The costs are € 225.00 per day including use of crockery.
The parking garage is also home to a very spacious lockable bicycle shed. It is also possible to charge your electric bike here.
